GENERAL INFO :
normal mail is not automaticaly insured. It happens rarley that letters get lost (due to post / thrown away by exidence) or it gets forgotten that they have arrived. I always try to find a solution int this case, EVEN IF IT IS NOT MY MISTAKE - please have a look at the feedbacks - negatives as well - you will see it is one out of thousands !
I send the letters after I give feedbacks. Normaly within 1-2 working days. If you want to know exactly when you letter is posted mail me your identity and I will tell you. I can not mark hundreds of seperate auctions per week (I started to list the exact sending date since 01.02.2010)

.Oversize letters are now always charged from 1-500 grames the same, means for Europe 3,40 Euro or oversea 6,00 Euro - this means for folders or oversized postcards. Please combine items as otherwise it gets extremly exensive.

I only charge the actual postage !
