 Je m'efforce de décrire tous les lots avec rigueur, notamment pour l'état de la carte (en plus du scan) et de conclure toutes les transactions le plus rapidement possible. Si le paiement n'est pas effectué dans un délai de 3 semaines après la fin de l'enchère (sans raison valable), la vente sera annulée et le lot remis en vente. 


L'envoi des lots est soigné (pochette plastique) et rigidifié (généralement avec une CPM).
Si le lot acheté ne convient pas (pour un défaut non signalé par exemple), je le reprends et le rembourse sans problème.
Possibilité de grouper plusieurs lots pour diminuer les frais de port.
