a customer left me 4 Negative feedbacks even though he had received the stamps by Registered Post
Sebastian, you must remove these 4 Negative as the customer has no grounds to give them.He had received the stamps and i presume in Good conditions.
Negative FEEDBACK can be given surely when sellers sell wrongly described stamps/or steals.
In all other cases a Neutal must be given ie loss mail etc.this customer had received the stamps.
Sebastian please correct this error

not all the foreigners. there is ol' cajun. i gave you good feedback and there are many others like me. i told you, this person is only one of a few. let it go and have a good weekend. tomorrow, my son and i celebrate our birthdays together that we could not do during the week. his birthdays was aug. 19 and mine, aug. 21. he was my precious birthday gift 31 years ago, my only son. and his nephew, li'l charles, will be there as well, our only grandson. i wish you could be there for the festivities. i cook steak, pork chops, and chicken. and donna will fix many other good treats. but only root beer for cajun. sorry. gold, silver, bronze, or cypress wood like cajun, i am always here for you. take care mon ami.

Go to the "MY DELCAMPE" Dispute resolution. section of the tool bar above.
File a dispute under heading "Illegitimate Negative Feedback" , State the facts and submit.

Stefano,many thanks for the info.I posted ,but it makes me angry ,because I was defending these people against the Commies (Cajjy keep quite ) and he has not complained about the stamps in any way only my mistake ( which was corrected,and he was informed )and as soon as I realised my mistake the stamps where sent by Registered post at my cost.I cannot print his name but if he was different he would be the only Freak1 as there cannot be 2 in a circus.I hope he is blacklisted and banned from Delcampe as he is really a nasty customer .Once again thanks for you help.

bob may be indisposed for a while. seem he has had a terrible accident while trying to 'bend' the ears of your staff. it make take a while to 'dig' him out and resusitate him. that is if we can find anyone willing to do so.

why not try the 'dispute resolution' and see what results it gets, if you have not already. what harm can it do now? at least, when the other side tries to explain his side, then sebastien will have the story from both ends. and be able to make a more sound judgement. it may not be the best, but it would be fair, i hope.

Sebastian,the dispute with Freak1 is closed without any positive answer from Delcampe and not by me or him
A the customer received the stamps.
B Christine didnot give any positive result./or finding
C,the customer is not verified.
D.the customer has recently received 6 Neg.:
The dispute forum is baised to buyer,negative feedback cannot be given if the customer has received the stamps as discribed.
E.Only neutral can be given if the customer doesnot receive the stamps.
If the customer has any other problems he should take them up with Delcampe and not take it out on the seller.

Stefano,many thanks but in the end Dispute closed by Delcampe.Sebastian says it should not be brought to the attention of the forum.But as I have seen as the best seller on Delcampe you also have problems with answers from Delcampe ie 3 Emails .
So the system needs modifying as the Mods are to slow or are changed to often and then become sorry to say :they have no power to do anything :
