There is always connections problems with moneybookers when one want to pay purchases.
Moneybooker are a bunt of lazy idiots. The problems has started in december and they still have problems. I am sick and tires of that mess.
I have money on moneybooker and i can't use them. I must ask everyone i have bought stamps from for their email on moneybooker or paypal!
Moneybooker take a provision on both buyers and sellers. This is a repoff.

i sent messages to delcampe staff to take their responsabilities for us buyers to be able to pay without problems.
Moneybooker LIE WHEN THEY SAY THEY DO NOT TAKE FEES. THEY TAKE FEES ON SELLERS AND BUYERS ON DELCAMPE.

I am both a Buyer and Seller and use Money Bookers and PP.
After reading your experiences, I checked my August account
and I have "never" been charged a Fee for Buying. Only for selling.
The monthly statements are quite clear on that.

Are you buying and using a currency that needs to be exchanged into the currency of your own country? This would be the only reason you are being charged - Exchange rate. If you go on holiday to a country which uses a different currency, you have to change your own to that of the country you visit. There is always a fee for this.

I had in the past used another large public online auction and the fees
were huge for everything you put online if they sold or not. Then fees were charged on top of that by PP. So consequently was "out of pocket" if no items sold.

Delcampe fees on what you have sold for the month, combined with fees for selling through Moneybookers are very reasonable compared.

Calm down and look at your Money Bookers statements to see if you have been charged for currency exchange rate, rather than fees.
